Man, you really nailed the frustration of those automated phone menus, and of dealing with impossible public services run by people who just want you to go away. The uncanniness of the looping mouth animation works well with it. And your voice acting somehow perfectly captures what those menus sound like, including those stilted numbers. Love the dark, deadpan British humor.
Man though, Unreal Engine. It made me install stuff and then restart my computer before I could play.
